Our Mission for a Sustainable Marine Future

Marine Loop was created to tackle the growing problem of end-of-life GRP boats in the UK.

Abandoned boats represent a significant environmental challenge, contributing to coastal pollution and resource waste. At Marine Loop, we bridge the gap between disposal and regeneration. Our mission is to provide sustainable circular economy solutions that transform discarded vessels into recycled materials, reducing the carbon footprint of the marine sector.

Our Services

01. End-of-life boat disposal

Our team evaluates the vessel's condition and location to determine the most efficient and sustainable collection route.

02. GRP Fibreglass and composite recycling

Specialised marine engineers perform a controlled dismantling process, separating hazardous materials from recyclable components.

03. Marina and boatyard clearances

Recovered metals and plastics are processed through advanced sorting facilities to ensure high-quality recycling standards.

04. Abandoned vessel solutions

Materials are reintroduced into the manufacturing cycle, reducing the carbon footprint of new marine infrastructure.

05. Salvage and material recovery

Recovered metals and plastics are processed through advanced sorting facilities to ensure high-quality recycling standards.

06. Marine equipment reuse

Where possible materials are reintroduced into the manufacturing cycle, reducing the carbon footprint of new marine infrastructure.

07. Responsible disposal

Our aim is simple, to recover as much value from every vessel while helping reduce the number of abandoned and neglected boats around the UK.
