Marine Loop was founded in response to one of the marine industry’s growing challenges: what happens to boats when they reach the end of their useful lives?

Thousands of GRP vessels built over the last 50 years are now becoming increasingly difficult and expensive to repair or dispose of. Many remain abandoned or stored indefinitely.

Marine Loop was created to help address this problem by developing responsible solutions for the recovery, reuse and recycling of end-of-life boats.
Our vision is to support a more circular marine industry by recovering valuable materials and reducing waste wherever possible.
